The Sant'Angelus Cocktail was a special featured item for the month of November 2023 at Vendemmia Restaurant. It was so popular it made its way on to the menu permanently. GM Sylvain Berthi is responsible for its creation!
- 1 1/2 ounces Elena Penna London Dry Gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce Sant’Angelus Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 egg white
- 2 Orasella cherries
- Dry shake ingredients in cocktail shaker for 15 seconds.
- Add ice.
- Shake for additional 15 seconds.
- Pour into martini or similar glass.
- Garnish with olive oil drops and 2 Orasella cherries.
- Enjoy!
