Sant'Angelus Canonica
Grechetto is a varietal mostly found in Umbria. It is an excellent complement to Chardonnay, yielding a more complex wine than pure Chardonnay. Our Umbria Bianco is a blend of Grechetto and Chardonnay and is fermented and aged in steel, finished with 30 days in new French oak barrels.
